In 2011 I was honored to be chosen as a recipient of a Fulbright-Hays fellowship to Thailand and Vietnam.  As one of 16 teachers chosen from around the United States, I was immersed in the culture, history, and economy of the two host countries with a special interest in the ASEAN economic union.
